i've read most of the classic avengers stuff, but it was like, three years ago.

It all comes down to if Potter can hit steve with a spell and if steve can block it.

Or if its bucky, then potter gets shot right at the start

Harry potter has not shown exceptional skill by his last book to make him a major threat to cap...
Avada kadavra or whatever...thedeath spell just like the stunning spell can be blocked by physical objects like caps shield....

As far as wards or protection spells... Harry doesn't know any that would be of use... His patronus charm is meant for dark spirits and caps alive...

Well Harry does no the shield charm and alot of offensive spells but he sucks compared to other magical beings in HP. Cap would ko Harry quickly Voldemort or Dumbledore would probably kill Cap.

In harry potter when characters are dueling they dodge spells all the time. I doubt any has reflexes even close to Caps reflexes.
