Another of my favorite Buu moments has to be this one:
He walks around Kami's outpost to count how many people are still alive on Earth, then simply raises his hand and releases a seeking blast for each individual person.

That move is pretty dope in the games, Mystic/Ultimate Gohan still the baddest though in my irrelevant opinion.
And another one:

But there aren't different tiers in DBZ.The closest I can think of someone fighting not in thier power level is in GT nappa came back, busted a city, then vegeta one-shotted him which he did before.
Don't forget that there can be incredible differences between characters in the same tier, pick for exemple Zatanna and Jay Garrick, same for strength or energy output. It's entirely understandable to have DB characters in the same tiers despite having different powerlevels between themselves.

Yeah, but that's one of the most dramatic gaps in the series, wasn't one of Babidi's monsters as strong as Freezer?
Originally posted by Black bolt z1. Ah, you make a fairly valid point, although Mystic Gohan was also killed by the blast, and Goku and Vegeta had to escape rather than try to stop it, because they could not.
Buu had low durability. He had a massive healing factor though. No cell would have been the weakest to be able to do that.
Then why would he say he could if he couldn't?I mean vegeta in sayian saga said he could bust a planet.
I think he means easily every planet in the system.
I believe that at the end(SS3)Could bust a solar system or two but not a galaxy.
No it just means that they fight people in thier weight class.I mean if thanos wanted to kill surfer do you think he would have failed?
Kid buu destroyed planet after planet in seconds.
2. Yet apparently Goku and Vegeta cannot stop a planet buster? Your claim on his power is inconsistent with the series, when much stronger characters were killed and were unable to stop a planet busting attack.
3. Because Cell is an arrogant douchebag, he claimed he was perfect, and unbeatable, both claims proved untrue. I do not accept Vegeta could do so either, when Freeza had to resort to a chain reaction to bust Namek, and while he probably could have done it quicker, the gap between Freeza and Saiyan Saga Vegeta is absolutely massive.
4. So then a planet roughly twice the size of Jupiter then? I would not necessarily argue that the strongest DBZ characters could not destroy such a planet, but Cell's wording made it clear that he was boasting he could destroy the entire solar system, which must not be taken as valid evidence, especially when it is contradicted by later feats.
5. But there is not actually any evidence for that claim, no solar system has ever been destroyed in one shot in DBZ.
6. I do not get what you mean by this. Of course Thanos can, he nearly has, but that has nothing to do with the fact that DBZ lacks sufficient feats to put them at High Herald, Mid Herald at the very best.
7. Only because he had Instant Transmission was he able to do that so quickly.

Just as tiers go I'd put an SS2 as high herald for if bothing else how powerful people in lower tiers are.I mean take racoom. He was smacked through like 70 ft of rock and had a smile on his face.
Also, SSJ4 is not canon, and GT sucks anyway, it should not be discussed. 😐
