Honestly from the TV i'd put Angel higher than Buffy in terms of standing. He has some insane feats that i don't see Buffy replicating. He's at least mid-meta, imo.

The Powers that Be, the Senior Partners, and Glory in her true form likely could be. Then there's Jasmine (who was a Power That Be) and The Beast to consider also.

I that's the case, he's definitely high-Meta now. All of his stats have been upgraded and he can fly and regen.

There's also that one magician dude that killed Wes... i can't recall his name atm, but he has reality altering powers on a pretty significant scale.

Then we have Kid buu being in the sky father listing and Goku was either=or>than buu by the end of the saga.

He's saying that the "in discussion" tier isn't official. It serves to mark the proposed placings for a particular character.

It probably would cut back on some hostility. I don't mean this as a knock against you carver9, I'm just pointing out that people react to you in a big way. Although, it's usually only when you bring up the dreaded subject we shan't speak of here.
