Naah, YOU should feel foolish thinking that a HUMAN can rip off limbs. I have never in my entire life heard someone say something like this. Please show us something that gives you this assumption.
I've given you the math. 😬

Are there arrows factor in? I also consider the bowcaster far more powerful then hawlkeyes or green arrows standard gear.
Considering the kinds of things that GA and Hawkeye have done with their arrows I'd need some feats from the Bowcaster to agree with that statement.

Show us some proof that a normal human can rip someone limbs off. How about this, I will make a thread with this (since I want to embarass you) so we can get the thoughts of people on KMC.
Only the illogical rely on the opinions of the masses to dictate truth.
Tedll you what, i've given you evidence, how about you do the same for once with somehting valid?

said standard gear for a reason, they dont walk around with super arrows all the time. I am talking hawlkeye becuases I don't read green arrow.
re looking at the list I agree with chewie placesment. If your factoring weapons and skill. But by pure physical prowesses chewie should be high street considering who placed there, but the fact is he loses to almost any of them in a fight.
Brock Samson tore off the bionic arm of the Venture-verse analog of the Six Million Dollar Man, without any kind of strain. He didn't exert himself one bit. That's a bionic arm attached by metal and wires, much harder to rip off than a normal human arm.
Brock Samson is Elite Street. So yeah, ripping off an arm isn't enough to qualify for Low Meta.

Creshosk, you usually debate pretty well but this is something that I just cant believe that you are saying.
Come on Creshosk... please tell me you are playing?

Even their standard arrows have some insane feats. What has Chewbacca's bowcaster done?
I agree with this but this isnt the reason I am putting him at low meta even though his strength is far above peak human.

I thought the list was based on powers and physical prowess's, but if weapons and skill are factor in especially in the street levels, then yes chewie is in the right place then. Also really no one has an opinion on were drizzt, bruenor and wulfgar should be place?

they've done tests so that they can properly simulate human reactions for htings such as crash test dummies.
It's not like any of this is mysterious hoodoo. The average failure strengths in the range of 273-325 Newtons; 300 newtons = 67.4426829 pounds force.
That translates to 67 psi vs a 13 sq inches in the average arm is 871 pounds.
The reason that people don't go ripping other peoples arms off is because of how difficult it is to get up that high. And on anybody with larger arm sizes it gets harder to do. at 16 inch biceps it gets so that you need 1072 to tear the arm off.
