Fast forward it to one hour and 4 minutes.

One of the best fight scenes I have seen from a DC and Marvel comic. Darkseid is a beast. This story is based completely off of the comic so I consider is canon... 😄

DC doesn't.

DC doesn't.

Why dont they since they assisted in making the story... they had play in it and again, its directly from the comic.

The comic is canon, but the animated adaptation isn't.

Since the DC people aided in making this story and it was made DIRECTLY from the comic then in my eyes it is canon... I dont care what you see it as. They wrote was made on paper onto the big screen so thats canon enough for me so please do not respond to my post.

Its an adaptation. No matter how faithful an adaptation is that doesn't make it equal in canonicity to the source material. Take Watchmen, aside from the lack of a squid monster it's pretty damned faithful to the comic. It's not canon though to the comic Watchmen Universe.

OV, he asked you nicely not to respond to his post's... respect his wishes or there will be consequences. drylaugh

I know exactly what it is and again, it is pretty much the exact same thing as the comic... watchment wasnt anything like the comic so I dont know where you got that from.

To me its canon, its was directed from the comic and DC writers had a major part in this story so again, I dont know why you are even posting to my comment when both of our minds are made up.

😛

Not consequences, I'm just going to ignore his post.

I wish I did have the mod power.

Thanks for the compliment... now back on topic. Have you seen the movie and if so, did you like it?

I know it's not a whole lot to go on, but does anyone think there's enough in this vid to either place this guy or put him in match-ups?

Low meta but he is bad as hell though.

Maybe. He could be an interesting match vs, say, Noh-Varr or Deathstroke.

He would own deathstroke.

can't tell what kind of invulnerability he has so it's too much to say he'd stomp Slade.

I agree... but he was being hit by bullets by those soldiers before jumping roof to roof and tanked them.

Really, I kinda surprises you say that, I mean isent Noh-Varr like realy powerful, far more powerful then DS?

I suppose he means classic Marvelboy.

Given the level of scrutiny that most characters face, I think using this character based on that clip alone would be futile. I can hear the arguments now. Starting with the fact that there's no way to gauge how durable the metal of those robots in the video were, so there's no way of knowing how sharp or durable his sword is or what it would be capable of cutting through.

*edit

I personally found it impressive, btw.
