Actually he is a a class 100, Carver is just using noncanon feats from the movies to talk about Ken's feats.

Vision would get a hole punched through him from Ken.
Carver you're debating things you've seen in the movie and on youtube. You have yet to even name one of his moves, just "the move where he punches you 100 times in a second." I'm convinced that you never watched either anime because you wouldn't be even talking about the movie where he sucked horribly.
How are you going to say that he'll blitz Vision before he realizes he is in a fight when Vision has a robot/computer brain and thinks and processes thoughts vastly faster than normal humans? Ken's movements and reactions are above humans but there is nothing stating that Vision won't be able to think of going intangible before Ken closes the gap and hits him.
