Iceman...can't believe you went there...I never said Jay was slow with that scan. As for the blades...here is the scene I am referencing. He cut ALL of the blades.

Byakuya's Zanpakuto is referred to as Senbonzakura, which translates to Thousand Cherry Blossoms. The blossoms in question being the "blades" he attacks with. You have no basis to claim a billion blades.

he's referring to the anime not the manga which iirc did state a billion blades, although he swatted them aside and didn't block them plus we don't know how fast they were moving
