Why is Rogue mid-tier if she is perfectly capable of and has beaten before some of these so called high-tiers? Including Juggernaut, She-Hulk, The Thing, Sasquatch, Mr. Fantastic, Ares, etc...Heck, she took down fricken' Thor before. Not that she beat him in a fair fight, but still...
I mean, I know tier lists aren't perfect, but...come on! She's beaten half of those guys on the high list!

well this system isnt made by whos beaten who, its made from their actual powers in comparison, not who they can beat, if she doesnt have manipulation and planet destroying it seems you cant get into Transcendant, or herald if you cant do herald feets
also it could of been a plethora of random votes from people who dont know the character, so possibly an accident
