Well, in my opinion, King Picollo could solo the high meta group because some of them would get one shotted and I really cant see any of them surviving a nuke or a city destroying blast but again, to each his own.

1.Who is Takira? Is it a jaunty nickname for Akira Toriyama?
2. Carver your powerlevels are slightly off. which source are you using?
The difference between Roshi and Nappa isn't enough to make Nappa a planet buster ( I predict I'll be bored enough tomorrow to calculate it, So if you want it ask.) However there are plenty of non planet busters being put in low herald so I see no reason not to add him.
Then again their are some in High meta that should get a bump. Powergirl should be in mid herald. Power scaling should put Ms Martian in low herald at least.
I'm putting in a vote for Goku to be bumped from low herald to mid. Also bumps for Miss Martian and Power girl though I'm aware this isn't the purpose of this thread.

I agree with everything you said except Goku. Goku is above mid herald and I think he has more power than any high herald (not versatility) and damage soak (against physical attacks). If Nappa is low to mid herald then you have to give Goku his props since he is billions of times more powerful than him in his base form by the end of DBZ.
We have Cell straight up taking one hundred class punches without flinching or even noticing. That feat alone is amazing.

Frankie Raye has feats that outstrip any canon Dragonball character and she is low herald. I put Goku above her through sheer competence. I'm Uncomfortable putting Goku above mid tier because a high end Wonder Woman would take a majority (7/10). Which is a higher majority than I think Superman would take.
Also there's no evidence Buu saga Goku would be billions of times nappa. Millions at SSJ3 I will give you. But a million time Nappa won't put you ahead of a high end Superman or Silver surfer.
Also class 100 is such a terribly vague thing. By that logic we could scale say Galvatron from the transformers comics to transcendent due to his ability to own multiple class 100's despite the fact he is high meta.

Now this is where we disagree. We have a showing of Goku outright STOMPING Superman with one punch and then Goku is just more powerful and better at everything than him. I would pit Goku above Superman and Wonder Woman. There are villians that have tackled both Superman and Wonder Woman that is far less than lets say, frieza. Superman outstrips Goku in Strength, durability showings, intelligence and travel speed. Combat speed is such a vague thing it can be interpreted either way. I'll give energy manipulation(by a large margin) and skill to Goku.
I maintain mid herald for Goku.

Punching power, no, Superman doesnt outstrip Goku, durability, no, Superman doesnt outstrip someone that walk through nukes and that takes a beating like none I have seen Superman take and still stand his ground. Speed, no, Superman doesnt come close (even though I agree with you about travel speed). Goku would dance circles around every villian in Supermans rogue.
When has Superman destroyed a planet? When has Wonder Woman destroy a planet? Titus, Despero, Kalibak and Mantis, etc... Goku would walk through them. So again, your point is moot.

All my talk is based on Black Hair Goku. There are some people that back you up but majority of them dont know anything about the story and they ignore the power level gauge.
I'm just going to say this, Cell would stomp Thanos, where ever you put Thanos, I put someone like Cell above him. I would give Frieza the majority over him as well.

Let me help you out here. Wizard has a contract with Marvel and DC along with other companies. They cannot show a story or make a story in their magazine without approval from the company, if so it would be in violation of the character which would result in a law suit. Buy a wizard magazine and read the terms and agreement from the company.
That fight went through approval from DC just like the Thanos vs Darkseid fight did and Marvel thought Darkseid was> so they gave him the win.
Thats why sometimes in wizard magazines, if the writers have time they would post comments just like they did when they pitted Superman against Wolverine.
