No, feats don't own bios, at least for me. If feats owned bios then Batman >>> Solomon Grundy on h2h combat and shit like that.

Galactus, he could easily beat the heroes by mind raping them/turning them into candy/a gazillion other things but he doesn't.

If Ares is consistently giving hell to Thor, Mikaboshi and Hercules, getting tons of respect from Tony and fighting better than Wonderman, then you can start considering the character is actually like it is being shown.

Not that it matters in combat, though, that only means that he doesn't age. But he can be injured or even killed anyway.
