Not really because Spidey has some qualities over Rhino like Speed, awareness, agility etc. Whereas Rhino has no business even standing in SS presence.

Nice, since we're strictly talking physical strength and Rhino (class 85) is actually STRONGER than Terrax (class 75)

So if you can buy that Terrax could hurt Surfer in a h2h fight why not Rhino?

Rhino needs more of this feats. Marvel is downplaying him so much, it's not funny.

Rhino is starting to gain some respect. He fought the wrecking crew recently. Not to mention the guy turned down like a billion dollars to kill the Punisher... which makes me think, what if he HAD killed the Punisher? Would Rhino get his own monthly title by default? Personally I think they should throw him on the Thunderbolts. That comic is too serious and needs a guy dressed in a Rhino suit to even things out.
