neither of those are actually impressive for someone even half his power though. any body with superstrength past a few tons could rip her head off. And they are just some terrorists form atlantis we dont know if they are actually powerful.

Hulk jobs? He does have his low moments but he is consistently written pretty well especially considering his power set.

He has decent feats against top tiers , teams etc.

This is of course if your expectation of Hulk's power is average.

Actually now that I think about it, Ironman has been getting his ass kicked an awful lot these past few years. I'd say he qualifies as a jobber nowadays.

the first one i thought of when i read the post was Sasquatch, but how about Shaman?... I don't think his name was even in the running when they were looking for Strange's replacement as Sorcerer Supreme.

No really I get your point and I agree pretty much with it but think only in case of WWH they really wanted to show it this way, I would consider the other examples more as jobbing/bad writing (if Marvel is serios about his Powerlevel)
