Not sure if you're familiar with Seth Feroce? I got a lot bigger ever since I've been following his videos. If you notice he focuses mostly on intensity, rather than really heavy weight. He is on gear though, I don't really agree with that but the rest of his stuff is solid. Here's a motivational video.
