The Owners partner decides to use one of the work vans for personal reasons, so a driver had to be sent home, and with another van broken down...allot of work has to be covered...it just dont make sense...i have told the owners we need two more vans just to keep up with our growth...oh well, i will let them answer the complaints and lateness issues 😉

So one of the managers is preventing the delivery service from functioning, because he needs the van for personal reasons?
That sounds, really idiotic. Surely punctual delivery times is more important than his personal errand when considering the companies reputation?

Worse not the manager!...him i can deal with...and its elderly patients we deliver....and bring to appointments even handicapped patients,cancer patients...its an ambullette service(no sirens and such )...its the bosses partner...btw i was asked to be a partner before him....i just did not have $200.000.00 (two hundred thousand dollars) to invest in the company...so he gets a former bagel store owner( a friend) who does not know the buissness, become a partner...who is royaly messing up our company 😠
