My knowledge of weight training is excellent, i've got a lot of been there,
and done that's to speak of, tried and tested many different kinds of
exercises and routines, many different kinds of diets and dietry plans
over the years. But when it comes to cardio, my knowledge could be
improved.
I know the basics, and could formulate a routine, but i'm not really
that great at it, this link will be helpful pal, and i appreciate the help in
general 🙂
