Bubble Lead might actually be the worst weapon in Mega Man history. And ironically, at the time of MM2 it was the only one that could disrupt Wily's holographic matrix!
I think top spin was the worst...but that's just me
As for the matrix how amusing that a bubble could destroy all of that tech, if i was Wily i would invest in more tech....in fact how does Wily afford or manage to build so many fortresses in such a small amount of time?
