I like the trade off with Falco. He is stronger, with just enough speed to make it worthwhile. Favorite character overall.

Link is my area destroying character. If its a team battle, or just four fighters, he makes my area wide attacks soooo much easier. Him and Samus are my favorites for that.

Then Luigi is good once you know how to use him. His uppercut is awesome, and I like his missile move. Plus all the Mario type characters have the best grabs (the throw around. I use that all the time)

Agreed on most, though I would say Mewtwo's grab is a fair equal to the Mario bros.

smurph shouldn't you eb in bed ermmha

I can understand that. I haven't played SC2 in a while... 🙁

Did Talim have the elbow blades? Because that chick was always who I was best with, though I was nearly as good with Yoshimitsu

Yup that was her. Man I loved playing as her, cause she aslo fit into the other type of character I like to play: The cute ones, especially if people underestimate them.

I prefer power to speed. Doc Mario to Mario, Falco to Fox, and Ganondorf to CF.
Fox to falco is the only preference I have there, otherwise I don't care which of the two I play... probably Ganon to CF because the attacks are all the same speed save for G-Dor'fs volcano kick. So I get the extra bit of control of him not having the high acceleration that Falcon has.

The best thing about Sheik is, after I rack up some damage, I can switch to Zelda for some much better finishers.
Oncwe I turned into sheik (hold Down+A as you select a level to start as Sheik) I never turn back to Zelda.

Pokemon Stadium 2 looks awesome...

It took me a while, but I was eventually grateful for the surprise and hefty damage it can deal. 🙂

I never encountered a person who could use it. But I know its speed from when I can get it off (not very often) So I probably wouldn't be the easiest target.

Depnds on how you use them. I like Mewtwo's grabs due to the speed they execute, plus his foreward throw can be used to hit multiple targets rapidly.

Jigglypuff has a nasty combo with his upward throw especially against Falls Like Bricks or Lead Rain.

srug I always found Ganon's attacks easier to combo with.

Yea, I knew the A trick. I turn to her for about 7% of the match, but I often get a lot of KOs if I time it properly. If I transform when I'm in the middle of the fray, then I needlessly get smacked around.

Meh. I'm not very good at all with it yet, but I want to be. 🙂

The Puff has some awesome throws to lead into more attacks...

Sheik's down throw is awesome for combos too.

I think they may have tossed Sheik out of Smash Bros. Considering that Zelda is the TP version.

Personally, I'd love to see Viewtiful Joe get in. 😎

I wouldn't. 😐

I think it'd be awesome if they had Link transform into Wolf Link. droolio

Again, I reiterate, Krystal and Paper Mario, dammit!

Banjo and Kazooie too.

I just can't wait for the new godzilla game for the wii either, and sonic mario olympics.

They're about the same to me. I tend to run off the cliff less as ganon than I do with Falcon.

Yeah, I always joke about how Zelda has the best down-B move in the game, while Sheik has the worst... But that's because I'm so used to sheik and I can combo that Zelda is... well not really needed for me.

Just rotate around. Even if youfeel an urge to go to another character you're better with .. don't. Getting better with all the characters helps you learn how the characters move so you also get better with your favorites, by knowing the limitations of the others.

Like "pillow" If you grab and o a down throw while on a breakable brick or a flippable tile you can imeidiatly go into rest and hit them.

Especially into the down throw again. Talk about a stomp.

What do you see Paper mario as doing in the game? Would you be satisfied with it being an alternate costume of Marios? Sort of like how Daisy was of Peach?

Fair enough. Still, my end goal is really good with each one.

And Ness is one of those characters that I'd find really cool to be a pro with. Sort of like Mewtwo, though he displeases me.

I'm gonna try that ASAP. 😈

Her up throw isn't bad either if you follow up with an aerial up a.

No. schmoll

I posted a potential moveset in the video game forum... I'll go find it.

Paper Mario as a playable character:

B- Hammer. Chargeable.
Up B- Spring Jump (where he folds into a spring)
Side B- Folds into a paper airplane
Down B- Not sure yet.... something that hits with some strength. Maybe use Vivian, or pull out a hammer to throw, or... something.

Air dodge- Turn sideways
Side dodge- turn into a paper roll and roll. Think Samus' side dodge.

Final Smash - (Crystal) Star Smash

Did you ever play Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door?

I could suggest the bomb thing for down B...

And could you describe the star smash?

Oh yeah... hmm

I was thinking if each of the crystal stars crashed down like meteors around him. Big area damage, though impossible to aim, and I would assume avoidable by jumping over the shockwave or somesuch.

Krystal - Potential Move Set

B- Fire Blaster
Side B- Ice Blaster
Down B- Super/Ground Quake
Up B- Rocket boost

Evening\morning, guys🙂

Nite, Charlotte.

It's a pity I haven't played Smash Bros so I can't join to your discussion.

Hello children.

Have a nice day downunder, "padre"🙂
