OK here's a better one. According to Wiki the R44 train cars weighed about 45tons when empty.

I'm guessing the 8000 number Smurph mentioned is refering to the total train, cars and engine.

(8000-400)/45=168 cars...
(8000-E)/45=C
Where E is the weight of the engine and C is the number of cars...
How many frieght cars does a freight train usually have? The less cars the higher the weight of the engine to make the formula work...
I found it.. it's 130 tons she's lifting. 😄

The 130 would, most likely, be 130 tons dry weight. They have a fuel capacity of 2500 gallons. So you'd have to do some math, based on how full the tank might have been, to get a total of what she's lifting.
One gallon is, around, 7lbs.
So, (7*2500) /2000 + 130 = 138.75 tons if the tank is full.
