I know she very strong now, but what are her other abilties
Have no clue what her dur ability is however so I can't tell you how well she'd do against Capt or Wolvie...
Iff she can get a Pseudo Pym Particle grenade off she might be able to win... If not well... ❌ No clue as to her durability.

how her character now? do you like her more or less?
Originally posted by BattlehammerHard to tell... She's dealing with alot of things and isn't the only character in the book, so when we do see her she's usually in a leadership type role, haven't really gotten a chance to see her relax yet.
I seehow her character now? do you like her more or less?
There are hints that despite her not seeming as light hearted (as sophia pointed out) she's still got that spark to her somewhere.
But yeah I still like her alot. and I'm still waiting to see what else she does...

It's she. Her real name is Alina, but she's better known as Candra. She and her husband (who is a great friend of mine...just friend since he's 8 years older than me so no jealousy from Alina's part, since that's just student-teacher relationship) were one of the major reasons why I left Simon- he couldn't stand those people.
Her husband is my sensei in terms of text RPGs, he's also great fan of K' and Dante. He's also an artist and web-designer, but he's also MA (black belt in taekwondo) and parcour practicioner.

The one of her husband, nicknamed Abel F. Bernstein (real name is Felix)

That's the art he drawn for me as a gift- "Ultimate K'" character we developed together for one RPG. His name was Kai Grave, and the main differences in powerset from the mainstream were more adept chi manipulations (Iron Fist-like) and ability to change colour of his flames depending on emotions.

You meant this one?

To compare...Sailor Moon Drawn by her husband
The most interesting thing that neither of them are Sailor Moon fans. The picture by Abel was drawn as a gift to his cousin, who's SailorMoon fangirl.
And Candra's one was made on request for some of her customers, actually she was paid for that SailorMoon (her price lists you can see on her DA gallery). At least she drawn those Emma pictures for me for free.

As you can probably tell I'm a fan of Sailor Moon myself. lol

Yes, they are great. Abel F. Bernstein aka Nailmeister is the person who's at least partially responsible for my love for K' and Dante.
Thought there's one thing I'll never understand in him- he's a Power Rangers fan. Though he says that MA stuff in Power Rangers series is shown on pretty good level, and there's no wonder that former "Rangers" were asked to mo-capture some action video games (most notable one is DMC3).
The story of their personal life is also interesting. She lived in Omsk and he lived in St. Petersburg. They met each other on...forum text RPG dedicated to comics (that was probably the first serious and not X-Men:Evo related comics RPG in Runet, so called "red game" due to main colour of forum).
After a year of digital relationship he went to Omsk to visit her, and relationship became real and not just digital.
By now they are married for 3 years and live happily together at St.Petersburg.
It just occured to me that fate of Belarusian girls in Marvel comics is sad.
Though there's only one female character from Belarus in Marvel, Darkstar. But she was unlucky from the moment of her creation.
First of all, what the f*cking kind of name is Laynia Petrovna?
1. There's no such girl name as Laynia in Belarus (nor in Russia or Ukraine)(though if Laynia is misinterpreted Lana (short of Svetlana), then Darkstar is my namesake).
2. Petrovna is not a surname but a paternal name (an addition to the name, which in Russian tradition means "daughter of Peter" and is derivation from one's father name). For example, my complete name is Svetlana Constantinovna Plyshevskaya, with Constantinovna being my paternal name (my father's name is Constantine) and Plyshevskaya being my surname.
But the funniest thing is that Darkstar's father name is Sergei, so her paternal name should be Sergeevna. Though her legal guardian's name was Peter (Peter Phobos, if I remember correctly), so she could use his name as a base for her parental name. But that's unlikely.
3. The surnames is also weird thing in their family. Their father's surname was Krylov, so logically that should be both Vanguard and Darkstar's surname as they are his children. They should be the Krylovs.
But all of sudden Vanguard's surname is Krylenko, and Darkstar's surname is unknown and she uses a f*cked up paternal name instead of surname.
That's a bit sad how they f*cked up otherwise decent Belarusian characters in Marvel in terms of names.

That's my full name which is hardly used anywhere apart from documents (I'm quite sure than in your passport you're James *middle name* *surname*), I'm just "Lana" for my English-speaking friends and some university teachers or Svetik for my parents and close friends.
My given name, Svetlana, can be translated as "related to the light" or "made of light". Closest analogues in major European languages are Chiara in Italian and Claire in French.
