I think they're pretty simple when it comes to pronunciation, though not nearly as exotic as certain other names. Like Chinese, or even Russian.
Now Marc actually translates into Chinese as 马克 pronounced as Make
Marik/Maric seens like Czech\Polish version, in Russian\Belarusian you're Mark. Or "Marka" in some dialects of those langueges which are common in the countryside.
As for my name, I know that it was originally translation of Greek girl name Photinia (from photos- light) made when the Greek calendar was translated into Russian back in 10th century. The version "Photinia" is still used by the nuns of the Russian& Greek Orthodox Churches. Also ithis version is used as a regular girl name in Bulgaria .
The names with the same meaning from other European languages are Chiara (my Italian teacher sometimes calls me Chiara) and Claire, as I've already mentioned.
