Just do what I do.
Watch the anime (on Youtube or something) then pretend that you've read both the manga and watched the anime and sometimes get confused between the two.

Wondra might be able to take on Spiderman.. but I haven't seen any speed feats or durability feats from her to say for certian, I just know that she lifted a 100+ ton object over her head, might have access to his old webs... HAS access to pym particles and I suspect antigrav discs for flying.
