I see no problem with Novel characters.
Manga is fine.
Anime generates reports and anger.

Anime should be banned,however most animes have manga,so if you allow manga in then fans of the anime of the manga(?) will follow...

well without any kind of change the v.s forum is just incredibly dull and repetitive 😬
Mainly it's DBZ that's the problem.
By cutting out the Anime, we greatly hinder that department. Manga itself is just eastern comics, and therefore SHOULD be admissable here.
I say we draw the line due to the size of the problem it generates. If it's something like Harry Potter vs. Captain America, which is easily debateable, but a couple people dislike it... I don't give a f*ck.
But, if it's a whole genre or series that generates continuous controversy, and proves to be hard to debate due to the level of fanboyism and whatnot, then get it out of our forum.
Like, for instance, DBZ.
My proposal: (It's rusty, needs refinement)
We go back to Delph's rules. Any action hero is allowed, so long as there is a comic character participating in the battle.
Anime, however, is not allowed. Manga is. Alternatively, DBZ is not allowed, anime/manga is.
Any other medium, genre or series that creates an overwhelming amount of strife on the forums shall be subject either to a temporary ban or permanent ban, IF the problem stretches past a few individuals who could be dealt with otherwise.
We get a petition or some other online thingamabob to show that the majority of respected posters could do with change. That just because Judge and AJ socks report for the fun of it, and to cause strife for new mods, that that should not be reflective towards the whole of the Comic Vs. Forum.
