***Jesus created DIVISIONS every where He went...and said He had come at this time NOT to bring PEACE to the earth...but a SWORD which DIVIDES and SEVERS. As a RESULT of His visit to earth, some children would be set AGAINST parents and a man's ENEMIES might be those WITHIN his OWN household. This is because some who follow Christ are HATED by their FAMILY members. This may be part of the COST of DISCIPLESHIP...for LOVE of FAMILY should NOT be GREATER than LOVE for the LORD [Matthew 10:37]. A TRUE disciple must take his CROSS and FOLLOW Jesus [Matthew 16:24]. He must be WILLING to face not only family HATRED...but also DEATH, like a CRIMINAL carrying his CROSS to his OWN execution. In addition, in those days a criminal carrying his cross was TACITLY admitting that the Roman Empire was CORRECT in executing its DEATH sentence on him. Similarily Jesus' followers were admitting His right OVER their LIVES. In so doing one would FIND his LIFE in RETURN for having GIVEN IT UP to Jesus Christ.

*["Jesus never told people they were going to Hell like you do..."]

***Yes, He did...hear Him: "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of Hell?" [Matthew 23:33]..."For as the Father hath life in Himself; so hath He given to the SON to have life in Himself; and hath given Him AUTHORITY to execute JUDGMENT also, because He is the SON of MAN. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which ALL that are in the graves shall hear His voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the RESURRECTION of LIFE; and they that have done evil, unto the RESUURECTION of DAMNATION" [John 5:26-29]..."And He said unto them, 'Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your SINS: for if ye believe NOT that I AM HE, ye shall DIE IN YOUR SINS'" [John 8:23-24].

***************************************************

*["...and he never said that they had to believe in him to be saved."]

***He not only said that they had to believe in Him to be saved but that He was the ONLY WAY to God and that they would DIE IN THER SINS IN HELL if they DIDN'T...hear His words: "Jesus saith unto him, 'I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man cometh unto the Father, but BY ME" [John 14:6]..."Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not BY the DOOR into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a THIEF and a ROBBER. But He that entereth in bu the door is the SHEPHERD of the SHEEP...Verily, verily, I say unto you, I AM the DOOR of the SHEEP. ALL that ever came before me are THIEVES and ROBBERS: but the SHEEP did NOT hear them. I am the DOOR: by ME if any man enter in, he shall be SAVED, and shall go in and out, and find pasture" [John 10:1-3, 7-9].

Now..for the sake of avoiding repetitive and circular arguments, as well as semantics and loose circumstances, I will clarify the confines of the question, so i can get a straight answer:

Let's say a child grows up in a (Christian, Jewish, or Muslim) household, and this child specifically adheres to the teachings of either (the Torah, Bible, or Quran, whichever u beleive) to the best they can, always conciously, and this child's parents have a strict discipline to thier basis of Faith.

The child grows upto teenage years, having never disobeyed a rule, not conciously, always having the intent to serve thier God, to obey thier parents and live by thier Faith as best he or she can.

But one day, this teenager, sees a person drop thier penny on the floor, and steals it.

The stole.

They have sinned, with intention.

They die the day after, without having sed they are sorry, without the slighest bit of remourse, but knowing they have done something against the discipline of thier Faith.

Will this person end up in Hell ? For one sin ? Why or why not ?

* I sincerely Hope someone with brains gets the intent of this question....otherwise, I give up 🙄 [/B]

your inabillity to understand questions does not make the questioner stupid. if anything, it points to your mental level. {im sure growing up implies shutting up and developing greater faith in allah and muhammad for you, but it doesnt for the wrest of us, and im glad for it}

Maybe so, but there is a big difference between a stupid person and a person with a stupid idea.

a question do you grow up?

The question was not regarding your Faith, it was more geared towards Christianity. However, since you are here, why not answer the question. If it was truly stupid, as you say, the moderators would have closed it long ago.

I feel sorry for you if you can't decipher to actual point to this thread. Everyone else can 🙄

Unfortunately, many Muslims are. Not all, but many. They have a severe discipline, and the Quran becomes thier lifestyle. To question or challenge the Quran is Blasphemy and punishable by the most severe of consequences.

Your own personaly morality or logic means nothing against the Quran, according to Islam. God's law and God's will come before your own, or those of your children or loved ones.

That is where Fear comes into play, fear of punishment and Hell. The desire for reward from a pleased God is what motivates the discipline.

Unlike Buddhism, where we are more than welcomed to question the teachings of Buddha, and learn about life through our own experiences instead of simple through blind faith, Islam does not allow for this kind of questioning. You follow it, or die. It's fairly black and white.

**************************************************

Edit: Despite the violence and fear aspects of Islam, you gotta admire the Discipline.

It reminds me of Christianity some 600 or so years ago.

you dont seem to fear hell or Allah. let me tell you a person lives in this world 70,80,or 100 years let say he enjoys himself and then he dies. people wil miss for him for months or years and then everyone forgets him as the generation moves on he is soon forgotton from this world billions have come and billions have gone we all have family and freinds in this world to comfort us but when we are put in to our grave and we are alone and when the angels come for questioning no one can help you no one can help you escape the wrath of Allah
once you die you return to him you cant go anywhere else so this world is nothing compared to the next so you have a choice no one can force you Allah says in the quran there is no compulsion in religon so you have to think i am going to die one day you have to think what is going to happen to me when i die you are not going to be living in the comfort of this world forever but if you turn a blind eye to this then you only have your self to blame you have one chance in this world only one so dont waste it.

Why do you believe that the Quran is the book of Allah? Why do you believe that Allah even exists?

Please humor me; I do have a point.

Allah exists because Mohammad said so? 😕
