I don't know, maybe a Covenant salvage team? In Conversations from the Universe from the Halo 2 package, it records him glumly watching over the results of the nuclear explosion and then someone comes for him, didn't say what or who though.

I'm not sure how or why Spark is invincible like that, but canon-wise the only response from a half clip of Assault Rifle fired at him was a bemused suggestion to Chief that shooting him was unnecessary and that he should save his ammunition.
