Twilight

I don't mind the actress but some scenes were quite cringeworthy in the acting department, especially near the end in a Hospital.

have you seen the previews for chain letter with nikki reed? i think she looks a lot better there than in twilight...

The whole movie was horrible. To be honest, keep the $8 you'd spend on the ticket, and buy the book, at least than you don't have to deal with goofy hair and wretched acting

I auctally agree with this review from rottentomatos.

"Having lost much of its bite transitioning to the big screen, Twilight will please its devoted fans, but do little for the uninitiated"

I can see it being not as inviting to someone who is not a twilighter, my friend who I draged along with me to see it had many many questions afterwards, but that one turned out good, she saw it with me agian and now is reading the series.

If it comforts you at all, I was 'uninitiated' (surprisingly). I watched it earlier this week and absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed the storyline and thought the cast were perfect in their roles, although I admit I had no preconceptions as to how they should come across as I hadn't read the series. Pattinson is brilliant as Edward Cullen and I think he and Stewart work extremely well together.

I'm now halfway through 'Breaking Dawn' - my favourite book being 'Eclipse' - and I can't wait for the other film adaptations.

Oh, and I think the Volturi are totally cool 😄

Just saw it, agreed. I am a big fan of vampire movies, and this one was a travesty.

I kinda liked this movie. I liked the love story. I also dug on the wolves backstory. Some of the effects were a bit lame, but oh well. It reminded me of like a really good episode of Smallville.

I'd say a mediocre episode of smallville, with pretty awesome blue colours.

No lycans onscreen dammit.

^ That's what the sequel is for.

I know. I wonder how well they will be presented onscreen.

Bad movie. Terrible acting. Vampires once again all looked extraordinarily gay. They need to really ditch the homoerotic vampire. It's getting old and boring. Actually, it's been old and boring for a long time move.

I gave it 3 and a half out of 5 on my facebook ratings. 😛

Blame Anne Rice, she has some obsession with male homosexuality.

I'd like to see a vampire movie with Bruce Willis and Vin Diesel as the leaders of two rival vampire clans, and it is nothing but fight fight fight all the way through. The chicks are all wearing bikinis, and the lycans are like the lycans in Underworld:Rise of the Lycans.

i agreemmm
but no lycans
save that for Underworld

Vampires and Lycans go together like ketchup and french fries. Maybe........Vin Diesel as the lycan king and Bruce Willis as king vampire.

Recently people have done what I long thought impossible - gayified werewolves. They're shitty in the Twilight stories and they're lame in the Underworld movies.

Lycans are lame in the underworld movies? Dude, put down the crackpipe.

Compared to the ones in The Howling, American Werewolf in London, Dog Soldiers and Wolf, they are.
