Besides, when Frieza (first form) destroyed planet Vegeta in the anime, it blew up instantly, whereas when Frieza destroyed Namek (in his final form), it took 5+ minutes for it to blow up.
Inconsistency.

In the episode where Goku first went SSJ3 against fat Buu, he said "I'm sorry that took longer than the others, but I haven't had much occasion to practice this one. this is what I call a Super Saiyan 3".
Considering that, he shouldn't of been able to go SSJ3 against Kid Buu (or Super Buu with Gotenks absorbed) that fast.

the reason namek took so long was because it was much bigger and mor stable planet. plus he only destroyed the core and was trying to avoid getting hit by the blast

As you should know each Saiyan transformation gets easier the more the Saiyan uses that particular form. This goes for SSJ, SSJ2 and SSJ3. By the time he fought Kid Buu, he had used that form 3 times before (not sure about how many times he used it in the manga though).
