I agree that Storm beats WWH 10/10. I don't really see how he can get to her. All we saw her use against him were wind and lightning. The winds were able to stop him in mid-air when he jumped. The lightning maybe didn't do much with Torch helping her, but there is a lot more to her arsenal.

Hulk tried clapping at her in Onslaught and it didn't do anything to her.

Him blowing away those tanks are a small feat compared to what her winds have done. When he can generate a wind force that can tax Magneto's powers to their utmost, lift hundreds of thousands of tons, level mountains, or even more impressive than all of this, redirect Sienna's Blaze's powers, then we can talk. Storm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Hulk.

gl's shield isn't just skintight (in the conventional way), the ring is a highly advanced AI that regulates the shield to protect the user from any atmospheric anomalies...

storm's powers are psionic in nature, his shield is capable of blocking psionic signals...

just because she did it to unus doesnt mean she can to GL...

Storm won't have time to generate a wind current that could knock hulk down in mid-air. Furthermore, all Hulk as to do is clap his hands and she's dead.
