This is the same thing except much easier to understand since it's just a comic book written so that even 12 year olds can understand it. The master manipulator being tricked was by the real life artists and writers themselves. You would have to be stupid to not realize that, especially since the writers wrote that Thanos was Almighty, Supreme, and stuff of the sort on numerous occasions. If you think there was another comic book character manipulating Thanos, then you simply missed the author's purpose. If you guys are struggling or not able to comprehend this, then I could only imagine how difficult it must be for you guys to comprehend the meanings of great literature.

I'll make it simple for you, you are trying to cram DC's heirachy into the way marvel views things. If DC says the presence is supreme, then he is. If marvel wants it's writers to be the one above all and supereme then they are. by declaration, the presence=TOAA. becuz marvel's writers have absolutely no power over the presence. So for all intents and purpses, he is still a stalemate for them becuz they cannot take his power. Since TOAA is superior to thanos, he is NOT supreme where as The presence is.

i don't have to respond line by line. I get the jist of what you are saying and you are trying to compare apples to oranges. Thanos wasn's supreme period. while the presence is. That pretty much wraps it up in a nutshell. Thanos being supreme within the omniverse still doesn't hold water. The presence is beyond the omniverse. heaven isn't even part of the omniverse in DC. And the presence is actually above even heaven.

You really have to come up with a better argument since I have already proven that presence of vertigo is NOT the same as the one in DC.
