I dont think 100 mill will be enough for the madness that the anime represents, akira toryama has small deal with the film [this fact is really sad] and go ku looks silly, I already hate them

They're filming it in Mexico and LA. It'll be an interesting movie. I wonder how much CGI they'll use.

Are you sure 100 million is being spent on this.

20th Century Fox is planning to bring the graphic novel/popular television show "Dragonball Z" to the big screen. Begin filming in Montreal, with the studio already budgeting over $100 million for the pic.

And of course, I want lots of heavy, breath-taking fight scenes.

so far, all set pictures ive seen, Goku...Chatwin has short hair, kinda reminds me of an Elijah Wood

no idea, the news i get of DBZ from SHH mainly stems from 2 sources that are both like spanish or mexican or something

but yeah, apparently there is this thing going on where Goku's highschool pal is this kid named Teto or Tito, who's photo looks like some gas station employee...i dont think his photo is actually from the DBZ promo so he probably wont look like that...all i know is the only news that i ever get is casting, some set pics and the actors writing on blogs saying, its gonna be good

At what point did the DBZ movie become a DragonBall movie?? And what about the Mai character? Wasn't Mai the name of the girl with Pilaf? Now the whole Krillen being replaced. Spike as Piccolo? So far this movie isn't sounding that good at all but I'll probably still end up watching it just to see.

i wasnt too thrilled hearing Chatwin as Goku, and i have no idea what is actually going on with the movie, this krillen thing is a speculation to me, all i know is, i want to see it regardless, whether its titled Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z i wanna see it.

I like Emmy Rossum. Can't wait to see her play Bulma here.
