That would make sense. Tanking a nuclear blast then getting taken out by 50 caliber bullets, which are one the largest conventional ammo available and tear holes in armored tanks and walls, is a viable explanation.

Doesn't matter, those are "just" buildings. If you were to say that those buildings were a building that was created in 2007 though you'd be wrong.
You've still yet to prove that it wasn't a nuclear bomb. Because you can't name a non-nuclear bomb that is that powerful that was around in that time, all you have is speculation.
You can't prove it was any other type of bomb other then a nuclear bomb.
