Then Thanos says, "I wouldn't blame you for calling it GOD ...

What other name would fit?"

The same 616 that expanded into the Omniverse.

The Universe the IB created is the Omniverse,
because the Omniverse IS the 616 Universe EXPANDED.

In the days of Secret Wars,

the Marvel Universe was a Multiverse,
it was still expanding though,
but it's expansion had only reached the scale of a Multiverse at that point.

The Beyonder was the embodiment of everything outside the Multiverse.

Logically there's a contradiction there, which is,

where is the Multiverse going to expand further into
if the Beyond Realm is taking up the rest of space?

Good question that cannot be answered.
