Because it is hyperbole, the watcher's job is too observe things. He's more proficient at doing so then metron who is scared of Yuga.

On panel, Yugah destroyed a planet just by touching it. One that had an indestructible shield around it. On panel he pwned a sky father with ease and then cut off all the new Gods from thier power. It was half of yugahs energy that balanced the source. But it's all just hyperbole.
