In case u didn't know Tyrant FP is basically just about equal to Galactus in terms of power. He was created by Galactus to be an image of him. Galactus was the sole survivor of the last universe before the last big bang in MU. Tyrant is capable of surviving a big bang.
Tyrant cracks his armor and either stores the energy or consumes it himself or survives the big bang last ditch effort of Imperiex.
