It is my all-time favorite Tim Burton movie to date, and I have to say, when I found out that the rumours of a follow-up were nothing more than cheap-ass Hollywood promotion for the Corpse Bride (which absolutely sucks by comparison) I was more than disappointed.

Did you know Johnny Depp was Burton's first choice to play Skellington? I don't know why it fell through, but I always wondered after hearing that how it would have affected the general outcome of the movie...

Oh I know! I was so disappointed with Corpse Bride, and so many idiots thought it was a sequel. STUPID! It was an okay movie, but you can never beat Nightmare Before Christmas!

No, I didn't know about Johnny Depp in NBC, but I'm not suprised. Did you know Jack had two guys do his voices?! Danny Elfman did the singing, but I don't know who did the actual talking.....

Yeah, I read that somewhere, too! Elfman was great, too. He sounded just like the other guy! I was beyond impressed. Of course, we all knew he could sing. I mean, he DID head up Oingo Boingo with his brother in the 80's.

Yeah! I didn't believe he had two voices until I saw it in the credits. Insane!

Danny Elfman truly is a musical genius. The theme from Beetlejuice is by far my favorite of his compositions! 😊

he's done quite a bit in the media that people fail to accredit him to. it's because he does so much that people oftentimes forget what he did or did not do.

That's one thing that does kind of suck about being big and all....... but I guess at least you have the satisfaction that someone has it as their ringtone, haha!

i used to have the simpsons theme as a ringtone... turned out i was missing calls because i was too busy listening to the ringer...
