I didn't say this motives are hard to understand. I understand the story just fine. I just said it wasn't a solid story, and the movies were pointless. Test whether individuals are worthy of life? "Um, you faked being sick a few times so you can call into work. Let's put you through an elaborate torture game and see if you try calling in again, you wicked bastard." Sorry, but that doesn't sound like a very effective story.

The thing that puts me off with movies is that they make a noce box set like Saw Quadrilogy and they say they are gonna make more . whats the point in buying the set ?

But Im Not Entirely Sure...I Got That Idea From IMDB

We've had too many already but i would think at least another 2 will happen the way horror films are coming out these days.

I liked the first one and the second one. It is a fun series but maybe they should segway into something else similar but not exactly the same.

According to the Morning call they are making one more and that is it.

🙂 They have said that at some point with every horror franchise though,and they dont stop, Freddys dead was meant to be it,then came ''New nightmare'' and then Jason goes to Hell,then along came Jason x,etc

I'm sad. I love the SAW films. All of them have been great except the 5th. Sad for me to see the series go. I'm sure everyone else is happy about it though. lol

Aw well. It's been a fun ride. I don't like the films for the traps. The traps I could care less about. I like the SAW movies because they always had a creative storyline that played out until the twist at the end of the film. Then it took everything and warped it. Pretty cool stuff.

they said at Comic-Con its supposed to be the "last" one. its also been welcomed into the world records book for being the most successful horror franchise cheers

Well it has made an awful lot of money, especially at how much they make them for, and five have gone straight to cinema so far... not hard to believe. 😛

Nope, looking at how much they made, nope nope nope nope.

The Saw film out this year is officially the last one apparently, they have mixed in what would have been the last film's story next year into the release this year.

29th of October release date.
