Most girls aren’t hot (looking)

Meaning most everyday girls aren’t hot. It’s almost making me think that I should just settle for something regular looking. And I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s me or how I see things now or it’s the media with me, or what. And I’m in Boston a.k.a. the college capitol of the U.S. Where you’d think hot girls are in abundance here. But it’s not the case.

I’d say 75% to 80% of girls, in society, are regular/plain looking to ugly.

The majority of couples I see around or the majority of couples that I know that I see around don’t have hot girlfriends meaning they look super plain and regular and sometimes not appealing, visually. And the guys are fine with that.

It’s like I don’t even know if girls even care to look hot anymore. I don’t know, I think a good part of what makes a women desirable should be attractiveness in a way that makes a guy feel good and not feel regular. Maybe that plain or ugly girl look appeals to guys. Like for example, I’ve seen a lot of skinny guys that have significantly overweight women as partners that they worship.

I know looks aren’t everything. And I know some cute girls can be monsters. But looking hot can be an important part in attracting.

Seems to imply that what you consider "hot" would want you in return, how do you know they will?

I disagree though, I see hot women every single day, be it while driving, in stores or the gym... hotties are around.

Depends on what you consider to be “hot”, if you are talking about a woman you see in film or magazines then no and why is that because they do not exist outside of the film or magazine.

Depends where you live.

Living in Southern California I see a good deal of very hot girls. Out here the ratio is pretty close to 50%.

Most people aren't hot. That's why everyone, despite what they say, wants to be.

75 to 80 % is too high. I'd say 50%.

I think i'm a pretty decent looking guy because i've been told so more times than not. Well I guess some or most people wouldn't tell you that you're ugly to your face but..I think you'd know if you weren't what society considers cute or fine. But how would I know if they'd want me or not? ...I don't. I'm going on my past sucessfull track record.

Fair enough.

A decent ratio, not 50%+, but not a very rare thing. Marin County Ca. (just North of San Fran). It's a highly mixed population, that could be why... diversity, you know.

I see quite a few fine girls, I'm certainly not concerned about a lack of hot girls.
