Also, I'm not saying that a bullet cant end her, but the simple fact that she can do so much before we can even mount a counter offensive is crazy.

If so, then does that prove she can do it to all, many hundreds (if not thousands), of satelites around the world at one time? Also, you know that satelites are solar powered, right. Robbing them of electrical power is only a temp fix.
I agree with you that its speculation about the military's tech.
But there is good evidence for many things of the military (including unknown weapons on the satelites). I have some family and friends in the military too. But none of them had top secret clearance. But some told me of the incredible stuff the U.S. has (mostly through hear say though). I also have done some research on the topic of the U.S. government and aliens. So there is evidence but no proof.
And it is also speculation to say that such things of the military aren't true. So its speculation on both sides.
And I'm not saying she will easily get shot or killed while controlling the weather. I'm saying that since she doesn't have spider-sense and super human fast reflexes (like flash) then she will slip up one day and get killed. You know that Storm tires, right? You know that she can be tricked (for she can't read minds). You know that the U.S. (and others) can trick her in countless ways (they're smarter). One way is by agreeing to comply, only to set her up for an eventual kill (in which deadly chemicals, viruses, poisons, and even nukes are also possibilities).
Now Superman is a different story. It doesn't matter if the government tricks him, for they can never hurt him. Thus they will learn their lesson soon and just let him have control over them without any further argument.

Storm's already maniped the highest frequenced highest nergy radiation in the spectrum. She used it to enhance her powers.
The rest of the spectrum is really nothing but frequencies of the same thing.

She was obviously flying up and down. She was WELL above the clouds in the first panel, in the clouds in the second, a firery re-entry in the fifth.

She can't control laser beams no more than you can fly through the air like superman. To stop lasers she would not only need FTL reflexes but the power to do so. And storm has neither.
She does have to lower the wind. Otherwise her voice would be totally drowned in it. That is to say that if Storm has winds strong enough to stop bullets (if there exists such winds anyway) then it is absolutely impossible for her voice to not be drowned out.
And if she brings a person to her then how easily a bullet would get to her then.
I don't care if storm has been shot many times. The only way she's surviving a gun shot is through shear luck.
