I highly doubt Rulk would be able to drain the vast quantities of energy from the sun and Kal's now super charged power levels.

Anyways Sundip is a touchy subject for me when it comes to quantifying... Generally when Supes goes for a dip he's going to be ending the fight real quick and is generally in the mood to lay out a not so gentle rape of his opponents bodies in several orifices they previously lacked. Hard to quantify exactly how much of a boost it gives him.
