Hulk has shown decent speed in the past but I don't think he's ever shown speed to the point that several people noted they didn't have time to react.

GuyGardner tried to sneak attack him. Doomsday responded by turning around and attacking before Guy could do anything at all. Doomsday also crossed something like half the country in less than a day (walking most of the way) even though he had to stop in order to fight the League and Superman a couple time and was hit almost to th horizon by Superman.
DOSDoomsday was fast. Not fast like the current Flash or Superman but he was fast.

I'm not denying that he was fast, I'm not even denying that he had super speed, I'm just saying that he didn't show THAT much. People like to say things like he had lightspeed reflexes, but he never demonstrated anywhere near that level.
I didn't say he had reflexes like that (moving at Mach1 impressed someone in that arc) but he is noticeably faster than most big brawler types.
