Someone must not like Storm very much to have created this match up.
Super Skrull kills Storm very fast in this one, there really isn't anything that Storm can do to SS that can really effect him. While she can't stop him from doing anything he wants to her. Storm couldn't beat 1 of the FF let alone someone with all of their powers. One back hand she's dead, one super nova she's dead, one bubble in or around her she's dead (pst... she can't penetrate Sue's Shields BTW) one giant meat tenderizing mallet of a hand she's dead.

So mostly she's dead.
