Jacob's radio starts to buzz and a forced signal starts to play into his earpiece. "Jake.. I kno.. that.. is not t.. time or.. place.. b.. we need.." The signal seemed to be spread to thin so he cut off his radio to all others that were on. "you to move yourself to the exit in lab A. You are currently in Generator room C. Oh and if you need to know who this is, Mo.. it's J-man." Jacob's eyes got wide as he realized what was happening. His friend had actually gotten clearance to go down to their position. "Hey, J-man, this Mo here, what is your status?" The radio clicked and started to protrude more sound. "We are currently in Lab A's entrance holding those things back. It's kind of pointless -sound of gun fire and cheering- ..ause they already over ran the south exit. Yours is the only one currently unharmed." Jacob thought for a moment. "Why are you defending a downed elevator?" His friends laughed. "Downed? This is the damn front door to the main hospital of the city!" As soon as his friend said that the radio cut out and so did his suit's light. As soon as it cut back on the signal was lost but the solution was known.
Rek tuned his comm the general command frequency. But all he got was stactic he switched transponder channels but still static. He paused. "Guys. We've lost comms with the surface. And our exit is gonna get sealed off in fifteen minutes. Theres not gonna be any back up from this route. The rest of our team will have to rendezvous with us when we find another exit." Rek stepped onto the rusty freight elevator. It was stained and slightly slick with blood. Rek switched his comm to Team Delta's frequency. "Hazmat team Delta. This is Hazmat team Alpha. Do you read over. What is the situation..." Loran thought he heard static vocals burst through the speaker but shrugged it off. "Repeat; what, is, the situation. Lieutenant Book, anyone. Delta do you read. Charlie team do you read..." Another burst of vocalised static that sounded something to Rek like 'zom if i read, Charl ie herry. Reppit.' Rek turned to Gotham. "You get any of that? Sounds like heavy interferance." And alarm started blaring in the background and the warning lights started flashing. Rekko looked at Gotham. "Powers back!" He slapped the comm back to full power. "Hazmat Delta this is Hazmat Alpha. We are enroute to your last known location. Please advise. This is Lieutenant Rek. Lieutenant Book you read?" The static cleared suddenly...
((Thank you. I was stressing that at the beginning of the thing hahaha))
Jacob heard Alpha's commander's voice over the comm system. *In a souther accent* "Alpha, is that you!? God damn, what took you guys so long? We've come under attack.. and surely you must have too. -Gunfire and garbled words from Chew- I'm down here with Charlie's team leader. Everyone else from Charlie is KIA!" Now Jacob's voice seems more distant. "Take this *****!" A loud boom crackes over the comm as a .45 goes off in the enemies face. "We have a rendezvous at Lab A. We won't be able to go back your way unless you can get that door op-" Static fills the line as Jacob loses his radio to an oncoming infected.

"We're on our way Delta. Lieutenant Book can you hold?" Rek tosses a med scanner to Simon. We'll be back as soon as we can. Guard the lift till its shuts down. If you dont hear from us before then. Head back up! No HEROICS! Gotham with me. We're going in." The freight elvator begins to decend. To comm "Delta we have C4. We can blow through. Or create an opening further on?" The rusted elevator shakes badly and vibrates. Turns to Gotham. "Whats your opinion General?"
(OOC: Am i doin ok?)

Simon couldn't believe that he was left alone. "What the hell," he thought to himself. He was pretty good with his gun but not that good to where he could cover his own self. He heard some footsteps that sounded like they were headed in the direction of the LT. and Gotham. As soon as this lift stopped Simon was going to go help his team.
((Ordained check the previous page for why you were left. Dont worry we'll call you down in the freight elevator if you check the body with the med scanner like i asked. Theres some trouble and we need to check out Delta's situation. You must guard te lift till it shuts down then follow unless we say otherwise. Copy lol))
"Right." Rek stepped off the elevator and raised his pistol. "Team Delta did you read my last transmission. We are going to evac' any Delta tha... What the hell." About fifteen zombies staggered towards Rek and Gotham in the room. "We got a problem here." He said as much to the comm as to Gotham. "Lieutenant Book if you can read this... Ah! there behind us. If there are any Delta in the vicinity of freight elevator B we may need back up. Lieutenant Book if you can hold we should be able to blow through the door. God'dammit. Gotham fire at will ahh." Rek fires at the nearest zombie and blew its friggin brains out. "Take this... Gotham where. Lift or hallway. Some Delta's should be down there auh" a loud shot over the comm. Private Reyard guarding lift hears the continuing transmisions. Rek doesn't cut the comm.
"Yo Rand you heard that right? We gotta hurry and get that damn door down."
Marlon switched his safety switch off and activated his suit's lights. He continously turned around the entire area looking for anything, this mission was actually getting exciting but, someone was most likely dying right now.
Lt. Jacob's comm crackles to lfe with a transmission that somehow connects with the other comms in the vicinity. "Jake.. you have to move to our position now! We don't have too much more ammo here and we are losing men like crazy... -Other soldier- What the hell is that!?" Gun fire screams across the comms and then screaming. "Book, scrath that last command! We are no moving to lab A to await your arrival." Jacob started to laugh and then started to fire at the oncoming monstosities in the hall way. "I'll get the rest of the Hazmats and mov-" The other line was quiet only momentarily. "No can do, we can only support you and Chew. That was the basics of it.." Book seemed to look at the ground. "Can I atleast get the others to the security check point?" The other line seemed frustrated. "Fine, but only you and Chew are authorized to get in the humvees." Jacob started to pull Chew towards a hallway at the south side of the corridor. "The others will most likely go North since it's the fastest way to the elevators. If any come this way, make sure they now we are here." Chew just nodded and started to shut the door behind them.
"The elevator. We'll have to regroup if we're going to survive. They'll need our help getting that door down, since they're vulnerable to another attack." He fired off a few shots at zombies' chests, putting a few down. "How are we going to get through all of these things to get to the elevator, though?"
"You wanna take em' on. Be my guest but in nine minutes that lift shuts down and this is the easy way." The Lt drags Gotham into the relatively zombie free hallway and reloaded his weapon. He slammed the clip into the butt of the pistol. "I didn't bring much ammo... You? I got four clips left. Sh**! I left the comm on. Reynard you there?" He glanced down the hallway. "We're below the hallway Delta's Lt was trapped on." Rek said to Gotham then says into the comm. "Reynard, Delta we're cut off from the elevator. We're below the previous location of your Lieutenant." Rek paused. "Book does Chew know the location of the armory? We need it with regards to the lower hallways. You could place a comm marker in that general location." Rek fires into the room hitting several zombies. "You mutated f***s!" To comm. "Reynard: two members of Delta are in the room to the right of the elevator. Proceed with caution once the lift shuts down. Don't follow. We're cut off." Rek losens a few rounds into the Zombie filled room. "Rek out." To Gotham. "Down the hallway General but be careful." Rek proceeds to sweep the hallway from side to side with his pistol as he makes his way down it.
'A stairway leading up would be nice.' Rek thought as they passsed one heading down. "We could blow a hole in the ceiling." Rek said and immediatly regretted almost making another bad decision. "Ok General what do you recommend. Because: One. You are more experienced than me. And. Two. You do technically out-rank me. I brought some C4 explosives and several satchel charges. We could incinerate the building. Try and stop the outbreak." Rek glanced back down the hallway, he laughed "Actually forget that last comment, Im not sacraficing good men." Zombies were pouring like ants through the doorway.
Rek suddenly had an idea, he smiled through his visor. "Ok Gotham into the room on the left. I'll be there in a minute." Rek moved across the passage with Gotham to the doorway and then moved, alone, back to the other side "Cover me from the doorway!" He called out as he made his way back down the hallway.
Gotham swiped around, standing next to the doorway. "We aren't blowing this place up yet. Not until we get Delta out." He fired two shots off, slowly depleting his ammo. They both managed to take down a zombie each, but there were still more. "If you have any grenades, hand them over to me now. We're going to have to take a lot of them out at once if we're going to escape them."
Jacob and Chew both made their way down the low lit hallway up until they reached a security door. "There is an access ladder here, we can use it to get to the next floor and on to Lab A." Chew turned around and started to fire at any zombies that he saw, occasionally scoring body shots. "Well, if we are going to do something, I say we do it now!" Chew started to take more shots until his gun clicked. He quickly ejected the spent clip and loaded a fresh one into the chamber. "Last nine bullets... wish I had saved that assault rifle about now." Jacob pried open the security door and was surprised so to see his friend sitting at the control link. His friend wheeled around with a combat shotgun and aimed at them both. "God damn Jake, next time why don't you just shoot me." They both let out a laugh and Jacob shut the door behind him quickly. "So, Ben... what the hell are you even doing here." Ben laughed hoarsely and responded. "Well it has to do with having a lot of connections and being in the vicinity when the news was released. Besides there are like six Hazmats inb the whole state.. kinda thought the top of the line Delta team would be here." Jacob laughed. "Thank God you are here man. Most of my team is still in the inserion point.. now at least I have someone that I know has my back." Ben now laughed. "Hell yeah, you know it, bro."
