Actually, yeah, you kinda do. If someone doesn't want their real name or something like that used and say so, and you do so anyway, you can get in trouble. Same as doing something like posting someone's pic without their permission. People are allowed their privacy, even on the internet.
How would you like it if someone found out your real name and insisted on using it even after you said not to?

So that's what I took from it. If it was a complete Privacy thing then yeah I'd get that, but when I read that he said that, it didn't really seem like he cared that it was out, but who actually used it.
I highly doubt anyone would find out my name. At one point he must have given it out "to his special people" to use. He shouldn't have did that.
