Beyonder could also do a lot of things, the fact staying that all other cosmic beings were like microbes to him ...
And the Living Tribunal is way above any version of Death, and to Beyonder he's like (one) bacteria ...

So he created the Multiverse against the will of the Presence now, it's funny that would mean that Michael who is loyal to the Presence want against his will.
Lucifer did not create the Multiverse out of his own power, he just shaped it, out of the powers released when Michael died.

But it was also mentioned that the beyond-realm was his power, and the Multiverse was like a drop in the ocean in comperasion.

It's funny, that he came back every time, the Beyonder we saw was the manifestation of the beyond-realm, putting multiple restrictions to his power.
So he was never at his full power in the series.

And Beyonder being a baby without any powers, getting one shoted by Molecule man ... Well ... 🙄
