I wouldn't bother. KMC is dead and I am all that remains of the old guard of video game versus. Furthermore, new members can no longer join because the site's captcha is broken.

The calc of energy level of feats is still useful in some disputes, though. Reading through the old idiocy of "herald level'ness" and seeing the crop of fanboys it helped to create is... weirdly entertaining.
Because of "can take Galactic level threats" hype, created by some Twitter hype of Mundus... it is just silly.

Bangle of Time Controversy, or context proof that Dante never lost the Quicksilver time manipulation powers between DMC3 and DMC1

As you all know, Bayonetta 1 and 2 were stuffed with Easter eggs from DMC1 creator. One of these eggs is Bracelet of Time aka Bangle of Time making comeback.
However, let's look at what the thing does in the game:

It AMPLIFIES pre-existing time manipulation powers of the user. So it is reasonable to consider Bangle of Time working as an amplifier in DMC1 as well. It never worked on stronger boss characters, though, but then, gameplaywise you are not allowed to use Quicksilver against Transformed Arkham as well, and top bosses of DMC1 are on this level/stronger since the amplifier artifact is needed to activate them.
