I can see how you can be confused by that quote, what it says is that the planets formed a path that large around him, that doesnt mean they form a tight circumferance around his body, his essence etc. Nothing in that quote states pyron is indeed that large, it simply states he has a collection of celestial bodies that large around him.
When I am standing in a field, the field is around me...but that doesnt mean I= the field in size.

As i said, technically to a sense, the universe is around me as well, millions of lightyears worth of planets, stars etc are all around me.....at incredible distances ofcourse, but their still "around" me just like they are "around" the Earth.
None of that means Pyron is indeed 400k lightyears in diamteter at all, what further debunks it, is that your source also states Pyron is above the Earth, if he was indeed 400k lightyears in size, then he wouldnt be just above the Earth would he. Hed be all around it.....sort of like the lightyears are around him.
I think that the collection that information is referring to, is the universe itself and since he is considered "ruler of the universe" he is referring to the Universe as a collection or something, or perhaps a portion of the universe is referred to as his collection and he wants to add Earth or the "sun" to it.
And I think it has been shown that he can absorb the energy of planets so yes, perhaps he has taken all of those planetary masses and made them orbit him in that form, we see them in a scan orbiting his fingers, that does not mean he is their equel in size, especially considering his size altering abilities.
not quite, because the source simply states he forces those bodies around him, so their not really part of him. Their just orbiting him.
The source you posted states quite clearly he is a ball of dimly glowing energy floating above the planet Earth, hes not going to be a 400k lightyear sized being from that statement is he....
