The top tiers in Marvel would be able to utterly destroy all beings in Vertigo and DC, understanding the fact that none in DC have ever destroyed or (re-)created a Omniverse.

Akuma is the strongest character in all of Street Fighter.

The only people even CLOSE are Ryu and Oro. Ryu has the POTENTIAL to beat Akuma but isn't there yet. Oro lacks feats to match Gouki's.

THe Infinity Being is comparable to TOAA or Presence in a way neither Michael or Lucifer are even close to matching.

The IB was God and made EVERYTHING in Marvel.
