doesn't Superman get overloaded by solar energy, his cells began to crumble once, if I'm not mistaken.

also, what about The Void? I think that's part of The Sentry too, no?

Wrong continuity. All-star superman had trouble flying near the sun before his upgrade. This superman flys through red giants. Gets hit by red supernovas with entropy bombs in them. And sits in the sun for an hour and is able to move planets with ftl engines pushing against him through space...

The void got thrown into the sun. And I doubt that sentry would be able to call on the void anyway. He'd be ether drained, or beaten to a bloody pulp.

who says that the light that sentry would be emitting is yellow sun light. Just because superman gets his powers from the sun does that make his ice breath solar energy. Sentry could easily blind him, leaving him helpless and then begin to wail on him.

Got a question for ya, who do you think is more of brick, top tier, mongul or terrax?

Blind someone who sits in suns and shoots laser beams from his eyes. Okay...

By the way that argument can be used against you, the sun not only has extreme light but it makes vigirous noises but wonderwoman seemed to bust his ear drums out.

I got a question for you, ok, can human see light. Lets say if I had the ability to fly and you was standing not to far away from me and I flew off at the speed of light, would you be able to see it.

If yes then that explain why batman looked at him fly away, if no then why in the world was batman looking at superman carry darkseid into space. HMMMMMM, makes you think.

By the way, iron man has pulled the same feat numerous of times but we all know that he cant go the speed of light.

Vulcan did a feat a 1000 times better and flew the entire universe in less then a week but we all know that he dont have speed of light reflexes or speed of light flight. Maybe since space dont have any gravitation pull that they are able to pull these feats or maybe the comic writer wants to save some paper instead of wasting wanted paper on someone flying from earth to the sun.

Superman who emits thermal radiation from his eyes is blinded by infrared... yes that made sense.

Additionally I'd love to see Sentry controlling light in such a manner anyway.

What her being a girl have to do with anything, just explain why batman was able to see him fly off if he was going light speed.

you all seem to use superman catching bullets also as a light speed feat, well rogue have done the same thing, she caught a 1000 bullets and thrown it back.

He gets his powers from the sun and uses solar energy offensively. Superman absorbs solar energy and converts it to something somewhat different. Lik a bioelectric aura, or heat vision, and strength.

Sentry constantly emits supermans power source. Superman would have to be an idiot not to take advantage of that. Theres no reason why supes wouldnt be amped the entire time. Not that he would need it.

He's going to blind a man that can see the electromagnetic spectrum in its eniterety, souls, and emits heat from said eyes? If he wasnt blinded by the sun, then I doubt that sentrys pitiful excuse for a 'million' will do anything other than sundip him...

In The Sentry's powerset it says that he is always living a few seconds ahead of everyone else, this power could be the deciding factor if he fought Superman.
