What constitutes as a Universal power? I saw the Celestials hurling planets at Thanos in the Infinity Gauntlet, that seems pretty Universal to me.

As in the power to end the universe and start a new one?thats what imperiex prime was,hurling planets isnt universal by a long shot.

I was mainly going by the fact that a big bang is what initially creates a Celestial.
