It was not a sundipped Kismet amped Superman.

It was a superman who combined with Sharon, who tackled Imperiex, who was taking the OE and GL was containing the big bang with a grimace.

Superman was only amped by Kismet, not the OE or the sun.

Sun dipping came after, in the second act.

And Galactus used the UN in the black Celestial saga and was fine later.

He voided an errant timeline/universe with the un, and then it fades into his hand.

So yeah, we do know that Galactus can use the un and be fine later.

And a timeline/universe is exactly what Imperiex becomes.

The first scan and the second only has to be combined then you get
