He never will of course because he's it's Judge, hence it's "protector"
But just imagine,
the LT is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent.
The LT held the embodiments of TWO MegaverseS in one hand,
each Megaverse is a COLLECTION of MultiverseS.
The LT was once going to replace the 616 Reality with the Ultimate Universe,
that feat is ridiculous.
If the LT wanted, he could be everything in Marvel:

The above statements are in direct conflict with each other. A being that is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent is second to nothing, period.
Furthermore, if a being were omnipotent, could it create something so big that it could not lift it? Either a yes or no to this question proves that it is not omnipotent. This question can be asked of anything.
